I think that Soft Skills are really important for a good teamwork.
I am a very collaborative person, I like to be part of the team and to make sure everybody feels welcome.
I support junior developers and coordinate their work, trying to help them from the very first steps in the company. Sometimes even from their interview and evaluation process.
I'm also used to make task analysis and estimation.

Of course Technical Skills are very important as well, but I believe that a person can fill their technical flaws with some hard work and the will to improve.
So far I am experienced with a few programming languages as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, Ajax, Typescript, MySQL, C# and I had the chance to work with frameworks as Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Astro (this website is in Astro!).

I like an optimized and well written CSS, it doesn't matter if is SCSS, LESS or the more modern Tailwind.

My e-commerce journey started with Wordpress many years ago. The next step has been Magento 2 and all its possibile frontend options (native or headless, as well as Hyva Theme). Lately I had the chance to work on Shopify as well.

I am also familiar with Cypress to manage frontend testing.

Last but not least, for a successful teamwork, the right use of GIT is really important.
I am a Git command line enthusiast.
